Diplomová práce je zaměřena na trestní soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, zejména pak na ukládání výchovných a ochranných opatření. V první části se autor zaměří na okruh mladistvých pachatelů a použitelnost ukládaných opatření vůči nim. This thesis is focused on criminal procedings of the youth, especially on sentecing educational and protective measures. In the first chapter the author will focus on young offenders and applicability of measures against them.
