Abstract:
Tato práce má za primární cíl vytvořit metodiku výpočtu objemových indexů nemovitostí a seznámit čtenáře s jednotlivými postupy výpočtu těchto indexů, a to od počáteční fáze získání dat, související analýzy a odvození metodiky, až po konečnou fázi zveřejnění. The main aim of this thesis is to create the methodology of a quantum index of real estate. In the thesis, every single phase during the index calculation will be introduced, from data obtaining and cleaning, to the derivation of methodology until the final phase of publication.
