Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku dědění ze závěti, historii dědění od doby římské po současnost a seznámení s úpravou dosud neúčinného znění Občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
Bachelor work is aimed on the matters of inheriting by will, the history of heirdom - ranging from Roman times till nowadays and it also touches not yet valid Civil code modification.
