Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s názvem Vliv textilního průmyslu na urbanismus a populační vývoj města Bruntál, navazující na bakalářskou práci Bruntálské textilní továrny, v níž jsem dle metodiky Národního památkového ústavu dokumentovala textilní továrny na území města Bruntál a na základě archivních pramenů prezentovala vývoj daných firem, jejich zázemí, lokaci a v neposlední řadě i osudy majitelů, je snahou o reflexi vztahů dvou samostatných ?organismů? ? města a průmyslu (textilního) respektive nahlédnutím souvislostí industriální expanze a populačního růstu. Vymezení mého výzkumu bylo původně definováno obdobím dlouhého devatenáctého století, avšak dané časové určení se ukázalo jako nedostatečné pro komplexní postižení mnou sledovaných jevů. Pro úplný a celostný vhled do této problematiky je nezbytný historický exkurz od počátků, založení sledovaných měst a zrodu jejich textilního průmyslu, až do současnosti.

Abstract:

The Master thesis The influence of the textile industry on the urban and population development of the city Bruntál builds on the bachelor thesis Textilfaktories in Bruntál in which I am using the metodology of National Heritage Institute. Bachelor thesis documented a textile factories in the city of Bruntál and based on archival sources presented the development of the companies, their background, location and the fate of the owners. Master thesis is an attempt to reflection on relations between two separate ?organisms? ? city and industry (textile), respectively insight on the context of the industrial expansion and population growth. Demarcation of my research was originally defined period of the long nineteenth century, but the determination of this time was inadequate for komplex capturing the observed phenomena. For a comprehensive insight into this issue is necessary historical excursion from the beginning, founding cities and the birth of the textile industry until now.
