Předmětem diplomové práce „Manažerské kompetence v hospodářské praxi“ je posouzení požadavků hospodářské praxe na kompetence manažerů. Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci vývojových změn v těchto požadavcích. V teoretické části jsou představeny poznatky z literatury týkající se manažerských kompetencí a dále jsou uvedeny modely manažerských kompetencí především ze zahraniční literatury. The goal of the thesis: “Managerial competencies in business environment” is to evaluate the requirements of business environment on managerial competencies. The work is focused on the identification of the development changes in these requirements.
