Authentic Wines from Strekov Region and Their Situation on the Market

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce je predstavenie autentických výrobcov vína zo západoslovenského strekovského vinohradníckeho rajónu. Práca opisuje koncepciu a filozofiu týchto vinárstiev. Hlavným cieľom práce je určenie situácie autentických vín na slovenskom Európskom trhu. Autor tejto práce analyzuje dáta o predaji vín z troch skúmaných vinárstiev a vymedzuje súčasné uplatnenie ich výrobkov v Európe. Analyzuje výsledky výskumu z dotazníka zameraného na definíciu zvyklostí slovenských konzumentov vína a ich postoj k autentickým vínam. Poukáže na vzťah medzi rozhodnutiami slovenských zákazníkov pri nákupe vína vo všeobecnosti a rozhodnutiami slovenských konzumentov autentických vín. Teoretická časť práce poskytuje krátky opis slovenských vinárskych regiónov, výroby a trhu vína, charakterizuje slovenské udržateľné vína a poukazuje na výhody a ťažkosti slovenského a európskeho trhu udržateľných vín. Táto práca prostredníctvom získaných informácií vymedzuje zákazníkov udržateľných autentických vín.

Abstract:

The goal of this work is to introduce authentic winemakers from the south Slovakian Strekov subregion. The work describes the concept and the phylosophy of these wineries. This study´s upmost aim is to determine the market of authentic wines in Slovakia and in Europe. The author is analyzing data from the invoices of the 3 examined authentic wineries to ascertain their current market in Europe, and analyzes a questionnare made in order to define the slovak wine consumers´ customer habits and their attitude towards authentic wines. The study explores the connections between decisions of Slovak customers in general wine purchasing and the decisions of Slovak consumers of authentic wines. The theoretical part of the study provides a short description of the slovak wine regions, wine production and market, gives information about the sustainable wines, and provides an insight to the advantages and difficulties of sustainable winemarket in Slovakia and Europe. Using all of these informations, the work determines the customers of sustainable authentic wines.
