Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byl rozbor ustanovení obchodního zákoníku o obchodní firmě. V práci je pojednáno o zásadách tvorby obchodní firmy, dále o právní ochraně obchodní firmy, a to absolutní i relativní, jakož i o jednotlivých právních prostředcích ochrany. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the provisions of the Commercial Code regarding the commercial name. The thesis deals with the principles of creation of a commercial name, the concepts of an absolute and a relative legal protection of a commercial name, as well as the particular safeguards for protection of a commercial name.
