Abstract:
Cílem práce je charakteristika systému a principů regulace odpovědnosti za porušení norem ve finančním právu. Těžištěm práce je rozbor finančních deliktů proti měně, který by spolu s rozborem teoretických východisek, měl odpovědět na otázku, zda se v aktuální úpravě odpovědnosti za porušení norem finančního práva nabízí prostor pro dílčí nebo zásadní legislativní změny.

To characterize the system and principles of the responsibility regulation towards to the infringement of the finance law standards is the aim of the work.
