Abstract:
The aim of bachelor thesis is to determine the rate of costumer's satisfaction with the offer in the restaurant in Guest-house Irenka and to develop proposals for improvement of the offer. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistiť mieru spokojnosti zákazníkov s ponukou v reštaurácií v Penzióne Irenka a vypracovať návrhy na zlepšenie ponuky. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá stravovacími službami, reštauračným stravovaním a problémami v rodinnom podnikaní. V praktickej časti sa nachádza prieskum spokojnosti hostí s reštauráciou a jej ponukou.
