Debt collection

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymáháním pohledávek ve společnosti zaměřující se na koupi zboží za účelem dalšího prodeje. V teoretické části byla provedena charakteristika pohledávek, dále obecně vymezen tento pojem a také zhodnocena problematika samotného vymáhání pohledávek. V praktické části byla nejprve charakterizována společnost, analyzován stav jejích pohledávek v letech 2010 – 2014 a také bylo zhodnoceno řízení a vymáhání již vzniklých pohledávek. V druhé sekci praktické části diplomové práce byla provedena analýza nákladovosti jednotlivých druhů výběru pohledávek a následně vyjmenovány zjištěné nedostatky a navrženy postupy k zlepšení tohoto stavu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with debt collection in the company focused on the purchase of goods for further sale. In the theoretical part was made a characteristic of debts, as well as generally defined this term and also evaluated the issue of actual recovery. In the practical part was firstly characterized the company, analyzed the condition of its debts in the years 2010 - 2014 and also evaluated management and recovery of already existing debts. In the second section of the practical part of the thesis was executed an analysis of the costs of individual types of collection of the debt and then listed identified shortcomings and suggested processes to improve this situation.
