Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala zaměstnáváním zdravotně postižených osob,roli úřadů práce a stimulačními nástroji, kterými je realizována státní politika zaměstnanosti. Část práce byla také věnována samostatnému podnikání osob se zdravotním postižení. Pozornost jsem věnovala vymezení základních pojmů, zejména rozlišení stupňů zdravotního postižení. Graduation theses "the employment of persons with the health incapability" consider the national strategy of excellence for local authorities on pay, pensions and employment strategy.
