Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi vysokoškolsky vzdělaných lidí s tělesným postižením na trhu práce, otevírá otázku podmínek studia a přístup zaměstnavatelů k lidem s tělesným postižením. Cílem výzkumu bylo kvalitativně určit, jaká vnímají informanti slabá místa podpory v zaměstnanosti lidí SMA, a kde spatřují největší bariéry v této souvislosti v České Republice.
