Financial market and its innovation after the financial crisis

Abstract:

Financial market has always been considered as the engine of the national economy. It reflects its power and development. The more developed country, the more efficient financial market is. Financial market represents the place where the supply and the demand for the free financial sources are met. It cumulates the free sources and the allocation role of the financial markets transfers the free sources from the entities with the surplus to the entities with the deficit of the free sources. Equilibrium of the financial market and that means even the balance of the national economy is many times corrupted in the times of globalization and internationalization by the event called crises. Such crises are preceded by the shocks. It is important to bear in mind that not each and every shock in the economy has to be followed by the crises. In 2007 the world economy noticed the first signs of the financial crisis, with its cradle in the USA. The impacts of the crisis hit almost all relevant economies of the world, including European economies, as Great Britain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain. The central banks as well as the governments of the stricken countries were forced to undertake the steps needed to help the suffered institutions by the bailouts. The aim was to rescues the mentioned entities and to avoid their bankruptcy.

Abstract:

Finančný trh predstavuje a je považovaný za hnaciu silu ekonomiky, za jej motor. Odzrkadľuje vyspelosť ekonomiky a zároveň čím vyspelejšia ekonomika, tým vyspelejší kapitálový trh. Finančný trh predstavuje miesto stretu ponuky a dopytu po voľných finančných zdrojoch. Kumulujú sa tu voľné finančné zdroje, ktoré alokačná funkcia finančného trhu premiestňuje od subjektov s ich prebytkom k subjektom, ktorý zaznamenávajú ich nedostatok. Rovnováha kapitálového trhu a teda aj ekonomiky je v turbulentných časoch globalizácia a internacionalizácie často narúšaná javmi, ktoré nazývame krízy. Predchádzajú im tzv. šoky, pričom nie každý šok v ekonomike musí viesť aj k vypuknutiu krízy. V roku 2007 svetová ekonomika zaznamenala krízu, ktorá sa prelievaním a voľným pohybom kapitálu preliala do takmer všetkých relevantných ekonomík sveta a poznačila ich signifikantne ako globálna finančná kríza. Za jej kolísku sa považuje USA, avšak v rozdielnej intenzite zasiahla aj Európu a jej ekonomiky, ako napr. Veľkú Britániu, Portugalsko, Írsko, Taliansko, Grécko, či Španielsko. Menové autority krajín boli nútené prijímať rozhodnutia v podobe záchranných balíčkov a za pomoci štátu zachraňovať a vlievať kapitál do krachujúcich spoločností a bánk za účelom ich záchrany.
