Criminal liability of juveniles

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaobírá trestní odpovědností mladistvých, možnými následky a příčinami s tímto tématem spojené. Podstatou je vymezení základních pojmů a podmínek trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých. Úvod práce je zaměřen na specifika a účel současné právní úpravy trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých. V druhé části je vymezeno pojetí trestní odpovědnosti. V následující části je zmíněno vystižení popisu a způsoby páchání provinění mladistvými jedinci, kde jsou zobrazeny typické příčiny vzniku a ovlivňující faktory páchání provinění. V práci jsou popsány a vytyčeny druhy opatření, které mohou být uloženy mladistvým pachatelům jako následek spáchání provinění. V poslední části, je praktické výzkumné dotazníkové šetření, které se zabývá otázkami ve spojitosti s trestní odpovědností mladistvých a pácháním provinění a následně jsou v diskusi vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This work deals with the criminal responsibility of juveniles, the possible consequences and causes associated with this topic. The essence is the definition of the basic terms and conditions of the criminal responsibility of juveniles. The introduction of the current legislation on the criminal responsibility of juveniles. In the second part, the concept of the criminal liability is defined. In the following section, a summary of the description and methods of committing offenses by juveniles is mentioned, where the typical causes of occurrence and influencing factors of committing offenses are shown. The work descibes and outlines the types of measures that can be imposed on juvenile offenders as a result of committing an offence. In the last part, there is a practical research questionnaire survey, which deals with questions related to the criminal responsibility of juveniles and the commission of offences, which are then evaluated in the discussion.
