Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na téma nekalé obchodní praktiky. Zvolila jsem metodu komparatistiky čtyř právních úprav: historického francouzského práva, německé právní úpravy, evropského práva a také jedné variantě teoretické možnosti. Abstract:
My thesis about unfair commercial practices is divided into seven chapters. I compared four possibilities of organisation in the rule of law.
