The Project to Increase of the Effectiveness of Electronic Archiving of Accounting Documents in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je projekt zefektivnění archivace účetních dokumentů ve společnosti MANN+HUMMEL Service, s. r. o. V teoretické části diplomové práce je zpracována literární rešerše z české i zahraniční odborné literatury pojednávající o procesech, procesním řízení, štíhlém podniku a legislativě upravující archivaci účetních dokumentů. Praktická část diplomové práce se dělí na část analytickou a projektovou. V úvodu analytické části byla představena společnost MANN+HUMMEL, Service s. r. o. V rámci analýzy současného stavu bylo použito empirických metod, jakými jsou procesní analýza, měření procesních časů a následné mapování procesů. Výsledky analýzy poté sloužily jako podklad pro vypracování projektu, jehož výstupem je inovované řešení archivace účetních dokumentů.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is a project to increase of the effectiveness of electronic archiving of accounting documents in MANN+HUMMEL Services, s. r. o. The theoretical part deals with the literature of czech and foreign literature related to the processes, process management, lean production and legislation that describes archiving of accounting documents. The practical part is divided into analytical part and the project itself. At the beginning of the analytical part the company MANN+HUMMEL, Service s. r. o. is shortly introduced. During the analysis of the current process have been used empirical methods, such as process analysis, process measurement and subsequent process mapping. The results of the analysis serve as a background for the project, whose output will show the innovative archiving solution of accounting documents for the future.
