Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá profilem manažera a jeho rolí ve firmě. Je zde ve zkratce popsán management a rozsáhleji pojem manažer, jeho kompetence a funkce ve firmě. Pojednáno je i o manažerských rolích, zejména o roli interpersonální, informační, rozhodovací, organizační a motivační. Praktická část se zaměřuje na pracovní náplň manažera ve firmě. Významem této práce je přiblížit ucelený pohled na manažera a jeho práci.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with a profile of the manager and his roles in the company. There is a brief description oft he management and the more extensive concept of manager, his competencies and functions in the company. It also deals with managerial roles, especially about the role of interpersonal, information, decision-making, organizational and motivational. The practical part focuses on the job of the manager in the company. The importance of this work is to bring a comprehensive view of the manager and his work.
