Sense, meaning and purpose to punish the perpetrators. General and individual prevention.
Abstract:
V úvodu bakalářské práce se zabývám historií českého trestního práva. V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na vymezení pojmu trest, účel trestu, trestání a polehčující a přitěžující okolnosti. Dále ve své bakalářské práci popisuji jednotlivé druhy trestu a porovnávám naši právní úpravu s právní úpravou na Slovensku.
Abstract:
In the introduction to the bachelor thesis I deal with the history of the Czech criminal law.In bachelor thesis I focused on the definition of the concept of punishment, purpose of punishment, punishment and the mitigating and aggravating circumstances. Further in the thesis I I describe the various types of punishment and comparing our legislation with the legislation of the Slovak republic.
