Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we focus on the determination of the absolute concentration of tellurium and bismuth in QTA (Quartz Tube Atomizer) and multiatomizer, using laser-induced fluorescence. Atomizers are used to converts analytes, which are in the form of hydrides, to free atoms. V tejto bakalárskej práci sa venujeme určeniu absolútnej koncentrácie telúru a bizmutu v QTA (Quartz Tube Atomizer) a multiatomizátore, pomocou laserovo indukovanej fluorescencie. Atomizátory slúžia na premenu analytov, ktoré sú vo forme hydridov, na voľné atómy.
