Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření aplikace pro evidenci problémů v IT prostředí. Aplikace eviduje organizace, IT systémy, lidské zdroje a jejich strukturu. Problém je reprezentován záznamem zvaným tiket, který obsahuje veškerou historii problému a jeho řešení. Optimalizované vyhledávání v tiketech usnadňuje řešení opakujících se problémů, tvorbu statistik a obecný přehled o stavu infrastruktury …more
Abstract:
Goal of the project is to create a software tool for IT problem management. The tool keeps a structured records of organizations, IT systems and people. Problem is represented by a record called ticket. Ticket contains complete history of a problem and its resolution. Optimized search in tickets helps with solving reoccurring problems, statistics and general view of the infrastructure condition.
