IPO is for investors very interesting way to participate in the future growth of the company. In order to issue marketable, needed interplay of many factors. This thesis deals with the development of the IPO in the Czech Republic after 2007, in the period when the world is fully hit by the global financial-economic and subsequently social crisis.
