Abstrakt V této diplomové práci se zaměřuji na problematiku kriminalistů na místě trestného činu. Cílem je přiblížit teorii i činnost vyšetřovatelů v praxi a zpracovat tak ucelený přehled poznatků. In this thesis, I am focusing on matter of forensic at spot of crime. The aim is to bring investigators theory and practice closer in practice and to process comprehensive overview of pieces of knowledge. At my work, I will be focusing on both theory, thus forms and methods of examinations and also on practical process of actions.
