Práce se zaměřuje na pergamen, na jeho výrobu a složení po chemické a biologické stránce, na jednotlivé používané druhy pergamenu a na jejich využití v knihařské a písařské praxi. Součástí je proces vzniku psaného dokumentu a jeho výzdoba. Hlavní část práce se týká listinného materiálu archivní povahy, jeho popisu, procesům degradace a konzervace. The work focuses on parchment, its production and composition of the chemical and biological site, used by various types of parchment and their use in the book and typing experience. As a part of dissertation is process of writing the document and its decoration.
