Ve své bakalářské práci jsem vymezil základní pojmy související s nezaměstnaností a poskytl jsem čtenáři přehled současné právní úpravy týkající se zaměstnanosti v České republice. Zjistil jsem, že nezaměstnanost je přirozený jev. Je ovlivněna pohybem ekonomiky, a tedy i pohybem pracovníků v určitém čase. In my Thesis, I defined the basic terms related to unemployment and provided the reader with an overview of the existing legal regulation of unemployment in the Czech Republic. I have established that unemployment is a natural phenomenon. It is affected by the status of the economy and movement of labour at a certain time.
