Cílem mé práce je objasnit pojetí a význam výslechu jako specifické sociální situace a interakce. První část popisuje psychologii výslechu ve dvou hlavních liniích. Druhá část se soustřeďuje na osobnost vyslýchajícího během výslechu, způsoby, kterými se výslech provádí a chyby, kterých se vyslýchající dopouští. The target of my thesis is to clarify the conception and the meaning of questioning as a specific sociable situation and interaction. The first part is describing psychology of ques-tioning in two main theories.
