Design of the Device for Shear Test According to DIN 53397
Abstract:
Úkolem této bakalářské práce bylo zkonstruovat přípravek pro zkoušku smykem dle normy DIN 53397 s možností použití na trhacím stroji od firmy Zwick. Teoretická část se zabývá z velké části vláknovými kompozity a zkušebními metodami, které se používají pro zjišťování smykových vlastností kompozitních materiálů. V experimentální části jest popsáno konstrukční řešení přípravků.
Abstract:
The task of this bachelor thesis was to design a device for the shear test according to DIN 53397 with the possibility of use on the tensile-testing machine Zwick. The theoretical part deals largely with fiber composites and test methods, that are used to determinate shear characteristics of the composite materials. In the experimental part, the construction layout of the devices are described.
