Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá aktivními seniory, kteří provádí dobrovolnickou činnost. Hlavním cílem práce je objasnit, jak jsou senioři jako dobrovolníci k dobrovolnické činnosti motivování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části vymezuji hlavní pojmy, které se týkají zkoumaného tématu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. The thesis deals with active seniors who performs volunteer. The main objective is to clarify how the seniors as volunteers volunteering motivation.
