Strategic plan for the restoration and use of the cultural heritage of Brnky Castle.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku obnovy a využití nemovitých kulturních památek, konkrétně se věnuje nemovité kulturní památce zámku Brnky. Práce v teoretické části popisuje obecné pojmy ohledně kulturních památek, památkovou péči v České republice a dále postupy a specifika obnovy nemovitých kulturních památek. Dále se teoretická část zabývá strategickým plánováním a analýzami používaných v rámci strategického plánování. V praktické části se zaměřuje na provedení případové studie, která podrobně zkoumá daný objekt, jeho potenciální využití a návrh strategického plánu jeho obnovy a dalšího využití. Práce dále identifikuje různé možnosti financování obnovy nemovitých kulturních památek a uvádí příklady úspěšných referenčních objektů. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuty možnosti adekvátní-ho využití zámku na základě provedených analýz. Práce klade důraz na důležitost zachování kulturních hodnot, i přes potenciálně vysoké finanční náklady na obnovu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of restoration and use of immovable cultural monuments, specifically on the example of Brnky Castle. In the theoretical part, the work describes general terms regarding cultural monuments, monument care in the Czech Republic, and also the procedures and specifics of restoration of immovable cultural monuments. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with strategic planning and analyses used in the framework of strategic planning. In the practical part, it focuses on a case study that examines the given object in detail, potentional use and the proposal of a strategic plan for restoration and further use. The diploma thesis identifies various fundraising options and gives examples of successful reference objects. At the end of the diploma thesis are possibilities for adequate use of the castle. The work emphasizes the importance of preserving cultural values, despite the potentially high financial costs of restoration.
