The goal of this diploma thesis is to find out the overall satisfaction of employees in the selected company, to identify the areas of satisfaction, and in which areas dissatisfaction can be found. Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike spokojnosti zamestnancov vo vybranom podniku. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistiť celkovú spokojnosť zamestnancov vo vybranom podniku, zistiť v akých oblastiach dochádza k spokojnosti, a v ktorých oblastiach dochádza k nespokojnosti zamestnancov.
