Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje zpracování projektové dokumentaci ve stupni projektu pro stavební povolení. V teoretické části práce je zmíněno základní rozdělení a definice obytných budov. Dále jsou popsány požadavky o odstupových vzdálenostech a proslunění objektu. Zohledněny jsou také požadavky na obytné místnosti s rozdělením podle funkčnosti jejich využití. V aplikační části práce jsou zahrnuty technické zprávy o řešené novostavbě bytového domu ve Vlašimi, nacházející se v okresu Benešov. Objekt navrženého bytového domu z hlediska urbanistického se nachází v rozrůstajícím se satelitu s moderními domy. Podkladem práce je zpracování čtyř částí projektové dokumentace. Architektonicko-stavební řešení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení, technika prostředí budov. Dále jsou zpracovány tepelně technické posouzení jednotlivých konstrukcí v programu Teplo. Energetická náročnost budovy je vyhodnocena a posouzena za pomocí programu Energie.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation in the project stage for building permit. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is mentioned the basic division and definition of residential buildings. Further, there are described the requirements for spacing distances and sunshine of the object. The requirements for living rooms are also taken into account, according to the functionality of their use. In the application part of the thesis there are included technical reports on the newly constructed apartment building in Vlašim, located in the Benešov district. The object of the designed apartment building in terms of urbanism is located in a growing satellite with modern houses. The basis of the work is the processing of four parts of the project documentation. Architectural and construction solutions, fire safety solutions, building environment technology. Furthermore is processing the thermal technical assessment of individual structures in the Heat program. The energy performance of a building is evaluated and assessed using the Energy program.
