The current problems of pensions execution

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na poživatele dávek důchodového pojištění, jež jsou postiženi exekucemi. Na základě dat z České správy sociálního zabezpečení a Českého statistického úřadu je, za účelem zjištění nejrizikovější skupiny důchodců, provedena analýza vývoje počtu důchodců s exekučními srážkami. Dále jsou, na základě informací získaných ze standardizovaných rozhovorů a ze zkušenosti autora, vymezeny nejčastější příčiny a stěžejní problémy spojené s exekucemi důchodů. Práce rovněž poukazuje na vliv legislativních změn na životní úroveň důchodců postižených exekucemi.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on recipients of private pensions that are affected by foreclosures. It provides analysis of the development of the number of pensioners with execution deductions applied in order, to identify the most vulnerable group. This is based on data from The Czech Social Security Administration and The Czech Office of Statistics. Furthermore, it identifies the most common causes and key problems associated with execution of pensions. This is defined using information obtained from standardized interviews and the author's experience. The work also points out the impact of changes in legislation on the living standards of pensioners affected by foreclosures.
