Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem rekonstrukce vesnického stavení, a to konkrétně objektem č. p. 29 v obci Hlubyně. V teoretické části práce byla pozornost věnována průzkumům, které se provádějí na stávajícím objektu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována stavebně technickému průzkumu a jeho jednotlivým částem. Následně jsou popsány sanační metody vlhkého zdiva. V závěru teoretické části je nastíněna legislativa u stavebních úprav a základní terminologie bouracích prací. V aplikační části práce byla použita metodika stavebně technického průzkumu na řešený objekt. Průzkum byl proveden pomocí zaměření stávajícího stavu objektu, vizuální prohlídky, fotodokumentace, poznatků majitele a odborné literatury. Výsledkem průzkumu je souhrn informací o stavu jednotlivých konstrukcí objektu. Tyto informace sloužily jako podklad pro navržení vhodného sanačního opatření. Zvolená sanační opatření společně se změnou dispozice objektu jsou zpracována do výkresové dokumentace dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. Výkresová dokumentace společně se stavebně technickým průzkumem a návrhem sanačních opatření tvoří celistvý projekt rekonstrukce založený na požadavcích investora, faktech a normových požadavcích.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the project of reconstruction of the village building, specifically the building No. 29 in the village Hlubyně. In the theoretical part of the work was paid attention to surveys that are carried out on the existing building. Attention was paid to construction engineering research and it’s individual parts. Subsequently, remediation methods for wet masonry are described. At the end of the theoretical part, the legislation on building modifications and the basic terminology of demolition work is outlined. In the application part of the work was used the methodology of construction and technical research for the solved object. The survey was carried out by focusing on the current state of the building, visual inspection, photo documentation, knowledge of the owner and professional literature. The result of the survey is a summary of information on the condition of individual structures of the building. This information’s served as a basis for proposing an appropriate remediation measure. The selected remediation measures together with the change of the layout of the building are processed into the drawing documentation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The drawing documentation together with the construction technical survey and the proposal of remediation measures form a complete reconstruction project based on the investor’s requirements, facts and standard requirements.
