Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnuji predikci primárního hostitele viru Eboly. Práce obsahuje rešerši dosavadních poznatků v tomto oboru, vybrání všech možných kandidatů z africké fauny a následnému použití získaných dat z rešerše k predikci organizmů, jež mají potencíál být přenašeči Eboly.
Abstract:
This study is concerned with the topic of Ebolavirus primary host. It contains research of available information in this field, choosing all the possible candidates from African fauna and using the obtained data in prediction of organisms with potential of spreading Ebola.
