The adjudication of the education need for women in devolution period

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem posouzení edukační potřeby žen v klimakteriu je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část, se zabývá charakteristikou období, nahlíží do historie klimakteria, podává informace o mužské menopauze, dále je zde zmíněna sexualita žen v klimakteriu, antikoncepce, prevence nemocí, výživa ženy v tomto období, nejčastější problémy žen a na závěr kapitola klimakterické ambulance a hormonální terapie z trochu jiného hlediska než bývá běžné. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry ženy využívají preventivní prohlídky, jak se změnil jejich sexuální život a jakou antikoncepci v klimakteriu upřednostňují. Na to navazuje edukační materiál přiložený v práci, který poskytuje ženám informace o nejčastějších a nejdůležitějších vyšetřeních, které by měly podstupovat. Také podává stručné informace o nemocích v klimakteriu. K praktické části bylo využito pro sběr informací dotazníkové šetření, kde ženy kroužkovaly, eventuelně doplňovaly své odpovědi. Vše bylo vyhodnoceno formou tabulek a grafů. Jako příloha byla k práci vytvořena edukační brožura pro ženy v klimakteriu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor work with the name The education need of women in mesopause is divided into two parts. The first, the theoretical part, deals with the characterization of that period and it goes back into history of menopause. It also informs about the men menopause, mentions the sexuality of women in menopause, anti-conception, prevention of illnesses, nutrition and the most common problem that women face . In the end there is a chapter about menopause ambulance and hormonal therapy from a different perspective. The aim of the work is to find out how much women use precaution examinations, how their sexual life has changed and which anti-conception they prefer. What follows is the education material added to the work, which provides information about the most common and important checkups. It also gives few information about illnesses in menopause. We used for the practical part a questioner, where women had to cross or eventually wrote their answers. All the data were evaluated through the forms of tablets and graphs. As an attachment there was created an education brochure for women in menopause. Key words: menopause, prevention, sex, anti-conception
