Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu technologických parametrů technologie vstřikování na replikaci dílů s reliéfy imitující přírodní struktury a jejich smáčivé vlastnosti. Konktrétně je hodnocen vliv různých kombinací velikosti dotlaku a teploty taveniny u tří zvolených polymerů (PA, ABS a PA 6.6). V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou popsána témata pojednávající o technologii vstřikování, vstřikovacích formách a vědním oboru biomimetika. Informace z provedené rešerše jsou následně využity v experimentální části, kde je provedena volba a popis polymerů, návrh technologických parametrů, proces vstřikování zkušebních vzorků a hodnocení kvality a smáčivých vlastností vyrobených, přírodu imitujících reliéfů. Závěrem provedených experimentů je, že oproti vzorkům z ABS a PA 6.6, vykazují vzorky z PP nejlepší kvalitu replikované geometrie u jednotlivých reliéfů a smáčivé vlastnosti, které se nejvíce přibližují vlastnostem imitovaných přírodních povrchů. Lepší kvality a smáčivých vlastností daných povrchů z PP je dosaženo při vyšších teplotách taveniny a vyšších velikostech dotlaku. Dále bylo vyhodnoceno, že v důsledku vstřikování zkušebních vzorků došlo ke značnému opotřebení reliéfů na tvarových vložkách.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the influence of technological parameters of injection technology on the replication of parts with reliefs imitating natural structures and their wetting properties. Concretely, the influence of different combinations of pressure and melt temperature for three selected polymers (PA, ABS and PA 6.6) is evaluated. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, topics dealing with injection technology, injection molds and the scientific field of biomimetics are described. The information from the conducted research is then used in the experimental part, where the choice and description of polymers, the design of technological parameters, the process of injection of test samples and the evaluation of the quality and wetting properties of the manufactured, nature-imitating reliefs are carried out. The conclusion from all the experiments made is that compared to samples from ABS and PA 6.6, samples from PP show the best quality of replicated geometry in individual reliefs and wetting properties that are closest to the properties of imitated natural surfaces. Better quality and wetting properties of given PP surfaces are achieved at higher melt temperatures and higher packing pressure values. Furthermore, it was evaluated that as a result of the injection of the test samples there was considerable wear of the reliefs on the shaped inserts.
