Separation of purine derivatives and oligonucleotides using HPLC method
Abstract:
Puriny jsou přírodní látky, které se skládají z pyrimidinového a imidazolového kruhu. Patří sem adenin, 2-aminopurin a 2,6-diaminopurin. Tyto látky byly separovány metodou HPLC. HPLC je vysokoúčinná kapalinová chromatografie. Výsledky jsou uvedeny a diskutovány v přiložené Bakalářské práci.
Abstract:
Purines are natural substances consisting of pyrimidine and imidazole cycle. Purine derivatives comprise adenine, 2-aminopurine and 2,6-diaminopurine. These substances were separated using HPLC. HPLC is High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The results are introduced and discussed in this Bc. Thesis.
