Abstract:
The goal of my senior project is a description of Altrenative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In my work, I want to point at the advantages of ADR procedures. Next, I describe the historical development of this type of conflict resolution, mediation clauses in contract, as well as function and position of arbiter in Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as the proceedures of the ADR
Abstract:
Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je opísanie arbitrážneho konania. V mojej práci chcem poukázať na výhody arbitrážneho/rozhodcovského konania. V práci opisujem historický vývoj alternatívnych spôsobov riešenia sporov, rozhodcovské zmluvy (doložky ), taktiež aj funkciu a postavenie rozhodcu v rozhodcovskom konaní, ale aj samotný priebeh rozhodcovského konania.
