Diplomová práce s názvem {\clqq}Dluhopisy a projekty PPP`` pojednává o využití dluhopisů jako zdroje financování projektů partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Nejprve je pozornost zaměřena na partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru obecně, jeho smluvní vymezení a zhodnocení a poté na dluhopisy, jejich náležitosti a jednotlivé druhy dluhopisů. The thesis {\clqq}Bonds and PPP projects`` deals with the problem of usage of bonds as a source of funds of public private partnership. At first is focused on public private partnership generally, its treaty statement definition and analysis and then is focused on bonds, their belongings and individual types.
