Spojení SPE extrakce s optickou emisní spektrometrií s indukčně vázaným plazmatem pro stanovení jodu

Abstract:
Bylo prováděno stanovení stopových množství jodidů a jodičnanů.ve vodě atomovou emisní spektrometrií s indukčně vázaným plazmatem a generování těkavých par v kombinaci s extrakcí na pevné fázi. Byl ověřen také vliv ostatních aniontů na stanovení a spektrální interference hydrogenuhličitanů na stanovení. Tato metoda může být využita pro stanovení v minerálních vodách.
Abstract:
Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry ICP-AES with vapour generation combined with solid phase extraction has been investigated to determine trace amounts of iodide and iodate in water. Influence of other anions in determination and spectral interference of hydrgencarbonate hass been verificated. This method can be applied to the mineral waters.
