The diploma thesis deals with the relationship of job characteristic – in the particular, autonomy and task significance – and work engagement. Abstract:
Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá vzťahom pracovných charakteristík, konkrétne autonómie a dôležitosti úlohy, a pracovnej angažovanosti. Vzhľadom k pochybnostiach o kauzalite vzťahu vyplývajúcich z doterajšieho výskumu, je cieľom práce tento vzťah overiť laboratórnym experimentom. Výsledky sú v práci predstavené a diskutované. Diskutovaný je aj ich akademický prínos a prínos pre prax.
