Analysis of Responsibilities Railway Infrastucture Manager - while reducing operating rail transport
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice omezení provozování dráhy a drážní dopravy. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza povinností provozovatele dráhy SŽDC, státní organizace vzhledem k platné legislativě. Dále pak vlastní nastavení podmínek provozovatele dráhy pro projednání omezení a organizování provozu vzhledem ke změnám technologie při výluce s dopravci.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of reducing the operating conditions for railway transport. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the obligations of the operator (Transport Company Railway Infrastructure, State Organization) owing to the current legislation.
