Morfologická a cytologická variabilita hybridních rostlin rodu Fallopia
Morphological and cytological variability of hybrid plants of the genus Fallopia
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza cytologické a morfologické variability hybrida Fallopia ×bohemica (křídlatka česká) v okolí řek Morávky a Bečvy v Moravskoslezském kraji v České republice. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na screening ploidních úrovní a stanovení velikostí genomů odebraných rostlin. K zjištění velikosti genomu byla použita průtoková cytometrie. Další část práce byla zaměřena …moreAbstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of cytological and morphological variability of the hybrid Fallopia ×bohemica (Bohemian knotweed) in the vicinity of the Morávka and Bečva rivers in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the Czech Republic. The main part of the work is focused on screening ploidy levels and determining the genome sizes of collected plants. Flow cytometry was used to determine …more
