Předkládaná práce se věnuje rozvoji techniky SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) využívané k detekci tenkých (biologických) vrstev a k popisu kinetických a vazebných vlastností biologických látek. This dissertation thesis addresses the topic of SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance), the detection technique mainly used for the detection of thin (biological) layers and for a measurement of kinetic and binding properties of biological substances.
