Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá rychlým vykreslováním map na navigačních PDA a PNA zařízeních s hlavním zaměřením na zjednodušování polygonů. Díky omezené výpočetní síle navigačních zařízení je potřeba mapová data hrubě zjednodušovat. Abstract:
This thesis deals with fast map rendering on navigation PDA and PNA devices with main focus on the polygon simplification. The polygons are required to be heavily simplified due to limited computing performance of navigation devices. If the level of simplification is too high, self-crossing of polygon borders may occur.
