Spasticity - methods of evaluation and possibilities of its influence

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je spasticita, metody jejího vyšetření, terapeutické přístupy a výsledky dat získané k posouzení míry terapeutického efektu na hybnost a posturu spastické horní končetiny. Spasticita je podstatnou součástí příznaků některých neurologických diagnóz, vede v různé míře k invaliditě postižených osob, to je důvodem testování míry účinku rehabilitačních postupů a metod na motoriku a posturu spastické horní končetiny. Ačkoliv nedošlo k zásadním rozdílům v rozsazích pohybů, došlo k zlepšení funkce spastických horních končetiny, které můžou mít pro pacienty značný význam.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is spasticity, methods of its testing, therapeutic approaches and results of data collected to assess the degree of therapeutic effect on the momentum and an extent of rigidity of upper extremity spasticity. Spasticity is an essential part of the symptoms of certain neurological diagnoses, resulting in varying degrees of disability of people with disabilities. It is the reason for testing the degree of effect of rehabilitation procedures and methods on the momentum and the extent of rigidity of upper extremity spasticity. Although there were no major differences in the ranges of movement, there has been improvement in function of upper extremity spasticity, which can be of considerable importance to patients.
