The Motion of Project Racionalization Layout Workplace in Erich Jaeger, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh projektu racionalizace layoutu pracoviště ve společnosti Erich Jaeger, s.r.o. Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout nové uspořádání layoutu za účelem úspory plochy a následného přesunu externího skladu. Pro zpracování dat byly využity nástroje a metody průmyslového inženýrství, které byly nejprve zpracovány v teoretické části. Na úvod praktické části byly uvedeny základní údaje o společnosti a následně byl popsán aktuální stav ve společnosti. Dále byly zpracovány snímky pracovního dne jednotlivých pracovníků, paretův diagram či spaghetti diagram a další. Na základě provedených analýz byly v závěru práce připraveny návrhy layoutu a uvedena úspora plochy a další doporučení a zlepšení vycházející z pozorování.

Abstract:

The master's thesis is focused on a project rationalization of a work layout in company the Erich Jaeger, s.r.o. The aim of the project was to propose new arrangements of the layout with a goal to safe space and later movement of the stock. Furthermore, data were processed in the theoretical part and the tools and methods of in-dustrial engineering were used to process all data. In the beginning of the practical part, basic information and the current situation of the company were introduced. Furthermore, the snapshots of the workday of individual work-ers were processed, as well as pareto chart, spaghetti chart, and more. Based on analyses made, proposals for the changes of the layout were prepared. Moreover, saving of the space and more recommendations and improvements were set, based on the observations made.
