Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením a motivaci zaměstnanců v nepodnikatelské sféře. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a komparovat systém hodnocení a motivace ve vybraných úřadech a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. This bachelor’s thesis deals with staff assessment and motivation in the non-profit sector. The thesis aims to evaluate and compare the assessment and motivation systems in chosen authorities and make recommendations about possible improvements.
