Nursing Process in Care of Patient after Bariatric Operation

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského plánu péče vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA - I taxonomie II, které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části: teoretickou část a praktickou část. Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta po bariatrické operaci. Ošetřovatelský personál by se měl v dané tématice orientovat a poskytnout pacientovi vhodný způsob řešení dané problematice. V teoretické části se zabývá kvalitou života, morbidní obezitou a její chirurgickou léčbou. V úvodu teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy. Další část se zabývá výskytem, diagnostikou, komplikacemi a léčbou obezity, kdy je terapie spíše zaměřena na chirurgickou léčbu a rozdělení typů bariatrických operací. Tato část poté přechází k problematice ošetřovatelské péče. Dále je zaměřena na předoperační péči a ta je rozdělena na dlouhodobou, krátkodobou a bezprostřední. V praktické části je vypracován ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního pacienta po bariatrické operaci, který vychází z diagnóz podle NANDA - I taxonomie II. Vztahuje se k potřebám pacienta s určitou diagnózou. Na základě odebrané anamnézy od pacienta bylo stanoveno jedenáct ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které vycházejí z ošetřovatelské diagnostiky NANDA - I taxonomie II. U všech diagnóz byly určeny cíle, intervence, realizace a závěrečné hodnocení stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

Main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a nursing care plan, which is based on the nursing diagnosis NANDA (North American for Nursing Diagnosis Association) - I taxonomy II relating to specific needs of individual. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care of a patient after bariatric surgery. The nursing staff should be familiar with the issue and provide the patient with an appropriate solution. The theoretic part of the thesis focuses on the quality of patient's life, morbid obesity and its surgical treatment. In the introduction of the theoretical part the concepts are defined. Next part of the thesis deals with the occurrence, diagnostics, complications, obesity cure, where the therapy is focused on surgical treatment and type division of bariatric surgery. Later this part shifts its focus to nursing care which is aimed to preoperative care which is aimed to long-time, short-time, immediate care. In the practical part the nursing process with specific patient after the bariatric surgery is worked out. It is derived from diagnosis according to I taxonomy II. Relating to individual needs according to diagnosis. Based on patient's anamnesis eleven diagnosis were established based on nursing diagnosis NANDA - I taxonomy II. All of the diagnosis had established goals, intervention, realization and final ranking of appointed goals.
