Diplomová práce seznamuje s problematikou zadržení osoby podezřelé pracovníkem průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Specifikuje protiprávní jednání ústící v zadržení podezřelého, vše v podmínkách průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. The thesis introduces a suspect people arrest by a commercial security industry worker. It specifies an unlawful action resulting in the suspect people arrest, all in commercial security industry terms. It analyses an arrest (attack elimination, fixation, arrest), transport (according to cooperation) and handing over to police (communication preparation) method.
