Analysis of the landscape concept in the urban plans of Czech towns

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se snaží zanalyzovat koncepci uspořádání krajiny v územních plánech ve vybraných městech České republiky. Cílem práce bylo procházet územní plány vybraných obcí a zhodnotit, jak je koncepce uspořádání krajiny v nich řešena, jaké témata koncepce uspořádání krajiny řeší, v jak moc velké míře se územní plán zabývá problémy v koncepci uspořádání krajiny, jestli se od sebe liší ustanovení v územním plánu a v odůvodnění územního plánu dané obce. Z kompletních textů územních plánů je vytvořena redukce, která je zobrazena v příloze č.1. Z dat v příloze číslo 1 následně vznikla analýza územních plánů, která je pomocí popisné statistiky zobrazena v příloze č. 2. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši zahraniční a české odborné literatury, která se zabývá tématy podobné mé bakalářské práce. Praktická část je složena z popisu podrobné metodiky, zpracování analýz územních plánů, zpracování environmentálních problémů ve vybraných obcí, které jsou vizualizovaný v podobě map.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is trying to analyze the concept of landscape layout in the zoning plans of selected cities in Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to go through the zoning plans of the selected municipalities and evaluate how the landscape planning concept is handled in them, what topics the landscape planning concept addresses, to what extent the zoning plan deals with problems in the landscape planning concept, whether the provisions in the zoning plan and in the justification of the zoning plan of the given municipality differ from each other. A reduction is created from the complete texts of the zoning plans, which is shown in Attachment No. 1. From the data in Attachment no. 1, an analysis of territorial plans was subsequently created, which is shown in Attachment no. 2 using descriptive statistics. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a research of foreign and Czech technical literature that deals with topics similar to my bachelor thesis. The practical part consists of a description of the detailed methodology, processing of zoning plan analyses, processing of environmental problems in selected municipalities, which are visualized in the form of maps.
